Refunds & Exchanges

Can I get a refund on my order?

All orders, Trading Card Game products excluded, can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All in-store refunds must be accompanied by a receipt.

For online orders, should you decide you do not want a product within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product, less any shipping costs incurred by us. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and must arrive to us in that same condition. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. To start this process, contact us.

We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles or Trading Card Game sealed product.

Can I exchange a product I purchased?

We will gladly accept exchanges on unopened products returned to either of our physical locations within 30 days of purchase.

Products must be accompanied by a receipt and can be exchanged for anything in the store or returned for store credit. If the value of the exchange exceeds that of the item being returned, you will be required to pay the difference and if the value is less than the item being returned, you will be issued the difference in store credit.

We do not accept exchanges on Trading Card Game singles or Trading Card Game sealed product.

In-store Pickup

When will my order be ready for pick up?

If you have placed an order on our website and chose the in-store pick up option, please wait until you receive an order pick up notification email. Please allow up to 3 business day to process your order.

What do I need to bring with me when I am picking up my order?

Please bring a piece of photo ID to identify yourself. We reserve the right to hold your order if you do not bring any identification. If your order exceeds 500$, we reserve the right to verify the credit card or debit card used for the order.

Can someone pick up my order in my place?

If you wish for someone else to pick up your order, please send your order number and their information to us through our contact form. They will be asked for identification.

Preorders

Can I cancel my preorder?

Preorders may be cancel, but any preorder cancelations will incur a 10% processing fee calculated based on the total of your order.

When will my order with a preordered product ship?

All orders containing preordered products will be held until the release and arrival of all items in that order.

Can you send me part of my order early?

Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require an additional shipping charge if the items being sent do not meet the $150 free shipping threshold.

Is my preorder price guaranteed?

Yes, your preorder price is guaranteed. If we increase the price after you have preordered a product, your price will not change. If we decide to lower the price before the release date, you will be offered a digital gift card for the difference.

Shipping

When will my order ship or be delivered?

Please allow us up to 3 business day to process your order. During holidays processing times can take a little bit longer. We are always striving to get your orders out as soon as possible.

Once an order is processed, it will be marked "fulfilled". At this point, the delivery time depends on the carrier and the chosen shipping options.

Can I adjust my order?

Orders may be adjusted before they are marked "fulfilled". Once your order status is set to "fulfilled", it is too late to adjust your order.

If you wish to adjust an order, make sure to include the order number when getting in touch with us.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver across Canada.

What are the available shipping rates?

All of our shipping rates are based on weight and distance. The shipping costs will appear at checkout.

We offer free Expedited shipping at 165$ before taxes.

Why is my order late?

In certain circumstances, such as holidays, it may take a longer period of time to receive your order. Please note delivery times are only estimates.

How are regional taxes calculated?

All orders are taxed according to your Province or Territory.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

In the unfortunate event you receive damaged items in your shipment please do not hesitate to contact us. Please provide us with your order number along with pictures of the damaged product(s). If the parcel itself has been damaged, please document this so we can send this information to the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items.

Please note that, for Trading Card Game sealed products, superficial scuffing, damage or tearing that has no impact on the internal contents of a product will not qualify as such. These instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I add extra instructions to my order?

If you have any special requests or delivery instructions, please add a note in the notes section at checkout.

I live in a remote location or my order is very large. Can you still ship to me?

Yes, we can. In certain extraneous cases, additional shipping charges may be required. In these situations, you will be contacted to arrange payment.

Please note the following policies:

All TCG sealed products and TCG singles are final sale; due to their speculative nature, these products can never be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any type of reason. In such cases, a full refund will be applied.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages for shipping options that do not include insurance.
We reserve the right to lower the quantities of products ordered. If an order is deemed to be for resale or buyout purposes, it may be subject to such adjustments. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order.
